Job Summary:

The Client Credentialing Lead Assistant is responsible for assisting the Client Credentialing Lead in ensuring that all external employees meet the MedPro standards for hiring and continued employment accurate submissions to clients and technology as requested, and assisting other teams as needed.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • $1000 Sign-on bonus 
  • $19-22/hour to start + 10% annual bonus

Job Tasks:
  • Prepare new hire packages for field staff
  • Clearing of weekly files as assigned by the CCL
  • Ensure no employee is active at work with expired Critical credentials or with Critical credentials that are beyond their re-verification date
  • Utilize SureStaff views to identify credentials with upcoming expirations and re-verifications. Prioritize activities, considering assignment/employment end dates
  • Conduct re-verification on a timely basis
  • Communicate and establish productive relationships with candidates to update credentials on a timely basis. Assist candidates wherever necessary to update credentials. Utilize SureStaff tools to streamline the process
  • Review all credentials submitted by candidates to ensure compliance. Update SureStaff records, including the upload of any emailed/faxed credentials
  • Escalate credentials for review issues to the CCL or VP / CCO as needed
  • De-activate credentials for employees no longer employed
  • Complete additional assignments determined by CCL to meet MedPro Operational demand.
  • Ability to assist with department coverage during emergencies

  • Strong computer and data entry skills; Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Professional written and oral communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail skills
