JOB SUMMARY

As an integral part of MedPro’ s international team, the primary responsibility of the Clinical Coordinator is to schedule healthcare professionals for clinical evaluations and interview preparation.  

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support the team in obtaining the required clinical documents needed to schedule a clinical and professional assessment.
  • Schedule the HCP for interview preparation.
  • Perform general administrative duties to include but not limited to covering phones, photocopying, faxing, mailing and courier.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with healthcare professionals and vendors.  
  • Guide candidates through the placement stage with the goal of minimizing the amount of time it takes to be prepared to deploy to the US and commence work.
  • Follow call cadence schedule to maintain communication with healthcare professionals. Adjust schedule when individual needs warrant.
  • Utilize persuasive language to convince healthcare professional to complete and submit required documents and schedule meetings with clinical team. 
  • Guide healthcare professionals on utilization of video technology.
  • Collaborate with team daily to discuss scheduling related obstacles.

COMPENSATION:

·        $19.00/ hourly + 10% annual bonus

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
  • Experience with customer service.
  • Experience working in a professional office environment preferred.
  • Experience working independently but contributing within a team environment.
  • High School Diploma required.
