Position Summary 
The Collections Specialist is responsible for resolving outstanding balances, triaging any billing issues, review aging records for accuracy and handling outstanding disputes

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 
  • Contact clients based on contractual terms to resolve aging balances
  • Research and resolve all past due inquiries utilizing the highest level of customer service
  • Research and resolve billing issues and ensure client satisfaction
  • Maintain current and accurate customer information in cash receipts and A/R aging. Resolve partial and unapplied payments to ensures accuracy of A/R aging
  • Communicate with internal departments to ensure accuracy of outstanding balances and account accuracy
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience of collections or billing
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • Staffing Industry experience preferred
