Position Summary
The Director of Marketing is responsible for developing and implementing marketing initiatives to strengthen the company’ s market presence and brand awareness. This role will lead customer acquisition and nurturing efforts through effective collaboration with cross-functional teams (sales divisions, marketing, lead generation, and social media) to develop and execute plans, measure impact, and effectively communicate key results and learning.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop the marketing & customer experience team
  • Increase brand awareness within the healthcare staffing industry with new and existing clients
  • Lead social media strategies, content, and tone across all social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter etc.)
  • Lead & develop marketing strategies for both database nurturing and lead generation campaigns
  • Oversee company-wide communications strategy
  • Plan and oversee all internal and external company events
  • Manage internal and external rewards and recognition programs
  • Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook insights, and Hootsuite
  • Assist in the development, presentation and execution of annual marketing plans, ongoing assessment, brand development and stewardship
  • Take initiative to resolve complex marketing issues and clear necessary roadblocks
  • Stay updated on competition, market trends, and the impact to our business
  • Oversee budget expenses and ROI impact
Job Requirements
  • Minimum of a bachelor’ s degree in marketing, communications, or business required
  • Proven results as a Marketing Manager/Director - Staffing industry experience preferred
  • Experience developing and overseeing marketing collateral and thought leadership creation, marketing campaign materials for online programs and conferences
  • Solid experience utilizing a CRM platform required – preferably Salesforce
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing automation and marketing analytics tools required – Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience preferred
  • Experience with WordPress required
  • Experience creating, executing, and managing SEM/PPC, SEO, and conversion tracking
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google AdWords required – Google Certification preferred
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and eager to learn with positive energy and a results-oriented attitude, and a service mindset
  • Great project management, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Strong business writing skills
