Job Description


As an integral part of MedPro’ s international team, the primary responsibility of the English Coordinator is to schedule candidates for English review and testing. 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

·         Establish and maintain strong working relationships with healthcare professionals and vendors.  

·         Guide candidates through the English stage with the goal of minimizing the amount of time it takes for a candidate to be prepared to deploy to the US and commence work.

·         Follow call cadence schedule to maintain communication with healthcare professionals. Adjust schedule when individual needs warrant.

·         Utilize persuasive language to convince healthcare professional to schedule their review and test date 

·         Collaborate with team daily to discuss scheduling related obstacles.
  • Includes minimum education, technical training, and/or experience required to perform the job.
  • Experience with customer service.
  • Experience working in a professional office environment preferred.
  • Experience working independently but contributing within a team environment.
  • High School Diploma required.
