Licensure and Credentialing Manager


The Manager leads a team responsible for managing a global pipeline of healthcare professionals’ licensure, certification, and credentialing. The Manager is responsible for creating and implementing practices that drive pipeline satisfaction, compliance, and movement through the credentialing and licensure stages to US deployment.


· Hire, train, coach and develop employees

· Ensure MedPro policies, standards of practice and processes are applied at all times

· Intervene and resolve pipeline issues through an outstanding level of customer service

· Steer employees

· Accomplish results by completing one-on-ones and performance evaluations for team members

· Monitor reports, dashboards, and other information to ensure compliance with established processes, monitor staff productivity, and ensure outcomes

· Identify opportunities for improvement, recommend solutions to management, and implement new practices

· Collaborate with leaders to identify issues and opportunities that lead to achieving department goals

· Maintain strong working relationships with vendors to ensure department goals are met

· Develop and maintain library of pertinent training material

· Collaborate with a team of professionals to fullfill position responsibilities:

· Work closely with Intl. Sales to coordinate and secure credentialing and licensure related to placement

· Work with MedProU educators to ensure timely testing

· Work with recruitment, relocation and immigration to ensure timely movement through the pipeline and resolution of issues

· Stay abreast of changes that could impact licensure and credentialing processes.


· Bachelor’ s Degree or higher required

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in licensing or credentialing preferred

· Experience managing, motivating and leading people

· Excellent customer service skills

· Excellent time management and organization skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Salesforce experience is a plus


· Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills.

· Working knowledge in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook.

· Experience with CRM system preferred.

· Professional level presentation, written and oral communication skills.

· Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work productively both independently and as an integral member of a team.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
