Job Summary:
As an integral part of MedPro University’ s education team, the primary responsibility is to provide instruction for assigned courses which includes didactic, laboratory, and clinical instruction.
Compensation & Benefits:
• $2500 Sign-on Bonus
• Base Salary + quarterly bonus

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Include the following. Others may be assigned.
• Create a program to educate MedPro International candidates on ASCPi
• Oversee and provide training and education throughout the lifecycle of MedTechs
• Research, develop, and evaluate curriculum, teaching procedures, and educational materials
• Deliver education programs live, online, and web-based
• Present education to Medical Technologists while overseas and during orientation; live, online, and web-based
• Develop programs that minimize the amount of time it takes for the healthcare professionals to commence work at their assignment location
• Respect intellectual property and ensure employees and contractors respect the copyrights of others
• Evaluate and interpret survey results and provide progress reports and recommendations for changes
Education/Experience:
Include minimum education, technical training, and/or experience required to perform the job.
• Bachelor’ s Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field required.
• MLS ASCP certification required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical medical laboratory required.
• Two years of teaching experience preferred.

• Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
