Position Summary
As an integral part of MedPro’ s international team, the primary responsibility is to guide candidates through RN NCLEX testing to gain eligibility to work and live in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Work with MedProU NCLEX educators, US transition guides, and licensure team to deliver NCLEX training programs.
- Develop and modify NCLEX educational programs as necessary for on-line or through self-study.
- Serve as liaison between explorer (student) and International team members to ensure successful NCLEX score.
- Collaborate with education team as necessary to discuss student progress.
Job Requirements
- Licensed Registered Nurse
- Bachelor’ s Degree or higher in Nursing Education, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience required
- Minimum of 2 years as a nursing instructor required
- Knowledge of the NCLEX test plan preferred
