Job Summary:
The Sales and Recruitment Trainer is responsible for facilitating training and coaching recruiters by equipping them with the tools and resources needed to succeed. The goal of the Sales and Recruitment Trainer is to prepare, improve, and develop recruitment staff, in turn positively impacting the employee experience, retention, and performance. 

Job Tasks:
  • Facilitate training of domestic staff to ensure each is equipped to succeed
  • Facilitate advanced training for staff’ s ongoing development
  • Assess recruiter verbal and written communication
  • Provide coaching and development for team members to improve communication effectiveness
  • Listen to individual sales calls and provide ongoing feedback
  • Work with the management to identify and prioritize opportunities for staff improvement
  • Measure training progress and determine new employee success
  • Identify under-performers and make recommendations
  • Facilitate remediation training where applicable
  • Facilitate ongoing user training on new system features and new practices
  • Drive company culture and promote company core values
We are looking for an ideal candidate with
  • Bachelor’ s Degree preferred
  • Minimum of one (1) year of training and development experience
  • Experience coordinating and facilitating training sessions
  • Proficient at developing and maintaining long term relationships associated to a professional sales cycle
  • Able to identify gaps in sales process and drive Recruiters to “ close the sale”
  • Ability to empathize and to understand candidate viewpoints to effectively coach on communication that maintains a high level of customer service
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment; must possess a high level of influence
  • Willing to be assertive, yet tactful, to persuade others to improve communications
