Position Summary
The primary responsibility of the  Social Media Specialist  is to  respond to  incoming  messages and  prospective candidates across all social channels  and take appropriate action based on candidate qualifications. 

Responsibilities
  • Inbound Marketing
    • Respond to  all  inbound messages, comments, and  brand mentions  across all social media channels  
    • Engage with  followers  across multiple platforms  and  consistently monitor  and respond to commentary about the brand 
  • Outbound Marketing
    • Consistently promote  jobs  across all social channels and niche social groups 
    • Keep information  up to date on MedPro Healthcare Staffing and MedPro International  social media platforms including  but not limited to  Facebook, Instagram,  Twitter, Glassdoor  and Indeed 
    • Identify opportunities to influence public perception through audience engagement  
    • Establish candidate sourcing and recruiting strategies to drive flow of quality applicants  through social channels
    • Choose and utilize company provided tools to identify, source, and recruit  viable candidates; tools include online job boards  and  social media 
Job Requirements
  • Strong  writer  with the ability to understand, adapt and execute use of brand voice 
  • Excellent communication  skills 
  • Ability to establish relationships, show initiative, and act as a team player  
  • Able to anticipate and adapt to rapidly changing, growth-oriented environment 
  • Ability and capacity to successfully prioritize multiple responsibilities and projects 
Education/Experience
  • Associate’ s Degree  required  
  • Use of social media in a professional setting preferred 
  • Advanced knowledge of best practices, standards and insights of all relevant platforms and their functions, including, but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Glassdoor and Indeed  
  • Proficiency in a windows environment with a working knowledge of Word, Outlook,  PowerPoint  and Excel 
  • Ability to work with social scheduling applications or electronic customer communication and online analytical or reporting tools
