Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to source, attract, select, and hire top talent. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels including job fairs and hiring events, selection procedures, initial interview/phone screening, and new hire onboarding.

Compensation & Benefits

• $1000 Sign-on bonus 

• Base salary + 10% annual bonus

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Work with the Talent Acquisition Manager to create and implement an overall recruitment strategy for the organization

• Source potential candidates through online channels (social platforms and professional networks)

• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events

• Work with local colleges and universities to discover new talent

• Review resumes and applications to screen candidates

• Conduct initial interview via phone and video conferencing

• Coordinate and schedule all in-person interviews

• Manage onboarding and new hire process

• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

Education/Experience

• Bachelor’ s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field required

• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and full-cycle recruitment

• HRIS and Applicant Tracking System experience required

• Experience in using Job Boards and social media for sourcing required

• Experience with facilitating new hire onboarding

• Clear understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle processes

• Possess strong organizational skills along with the ability to prioritize

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
