Job Summary:

The Team Lead manages a team of guides responsible for managing a global pipeline of healthcare professional’ s licensure, certification, and credentialing. The Team Lead is responsible for creating and implementing practices that drive pipeline satisfaction, compliance and movement through the credentialing, certification, and licensure stages to US deployment.  




Compensation & Benefits
  • $2500 Sign-on bonus 
  • Base salary + 10% annual bonus

Job Tasks:
  • Accomplish department objectives through creation and use of customer service practices
  • Ensure MedPro policies, standards of practice and processes are applied at all times
  • Intervene and assist with resolving pipeline issues through an outstanding level of customer service
  • Hire, train, coach and develop employees
  • Monitor reports, dashboards and other information to ensure compliance with established processes and to monitor staff productivity and outcomes
  • Identify opportunities for improvement, recommend solutions to management, and implement new practices
  • Collaborate with leaders to identify issues and opportunities that lead to achieving department goals
  • Maintain strong working relationships with vendors to ensure department goals are met 
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals in fulfilling the position responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Intl. Sales to coordinate and secure credentialing and licensure related to placement
  • Work with MedProU educators to ensure timely testing
  • Work with recruitment, relocation, and immigration to ensure timely movement through the pipeline and resolution of issues 
  • Stay abreast of changes that could impact licensure and credentialing processes.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in licensing or credentialing required
  • Experience managing, motivating, and leading people
