Vice President – Domestic Staffing
JOB SUMMARY
The Vice President of Domestic Staffing is responsible for driving the continued growth of MedPro’ s domestic staffing division. The Vice President leads the recruitment and account management teams (currently 150 employees) and is a member of MedPro senior leadership, participating in weekly leadership and owner calls, and quarterly Board meetings.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Build and lead a management team that drives performance to meet established goals
· Implement practices to maximize staff productivity and effectiveness
· Develop and execute account management and recruitment strategies to increase market share
· Gain and maintain a thorough understanding of our clients, demand drivers, and differentiators
· Establish an in-depth understanding of the market, including clients and competitors
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor’ s degree
· Healthcare staffing experience at a Director or higher level with proven success
· Minimum five years’ experience in sales and recruitment management
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
· Proven track record leading a team in a high-growth environment
· Outstanding organizational and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
· Strong critical thinking skills
· Ability to establish collaborative relationships
· Strong presentation, listening and communication skills
